Our Policies

SHIPPING

Our team works to get all orders out as quickly as possible.  While our squirrels are pretty good at packing your treasures within 5 to  10 business days, during sales and holiday seasons it gets to be a little more than their paws can handle and shipping time may take just a little longer. 

• US Standard 1st Class Shipping - Cost will be calculated at checkout.

• US Customers will receive Free Shipping on orders larger than $50!!!

• Shipping Outside the US - Cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

RETURNS

• Returns must be made within a week of receipt of your order. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Items will be refunded when item is received in original purchased condition.

• Returns will not be accepted on custom orders.

• All items are packaged with as much care as we possibly can.  However, USPS has been known play a mean game of dodgeball with our boxes from time to time. If your item comes to you broken or damaged in any way, please reach out to us with a photo of the damage and we'll always make it right.
